crash happy

This game might be awesome, but Im thinking Ill never get to find out because I have yet to make it past the loading screen. Terrible, and a waste of $2.

Dream and a Half

The plot, the scenery and the interactions are all so compelling. Personally, a memorable experience that I think of every now and then, especially certain phrases and specific scenes and motifs. What a beautiful, inspiring experience. Thanks and kudos to the creators. Performance issues mentioned may be artifacts of running the game on old devices. Works like a dream on iPhone 5.

Refund Please

My wife has played dozens of mystery games on the iPad. Sorry, but this one looks good, but she cant get anywhere. Hard controls. Spots where you get stuck and cant move. And, crashes, crashes, crashes. Please refund my $1.99!

CRASH CRASH CARSH!

At what point will the developers DO something about this? Im sorry but to keep the game up for sale and continue taking peoples money? Thats called STEALING. I want my money back or I want a game that works. Which will it be Bulkypix? Time to make a tough decision.

Stunning

The ending is the saddest and sweetest thing ever

THIS SHOULD BE APP OF THE YEAR

I dont play many games but this game was absolutely incredible beyond words the puzzles were cool and not that hard but the story was the best I have ever heard in games or movies and is the only game that actually made me cry it will make anyone cry guaranteed despise the games shortness it has 2 endings so you have to play it twice it is insane how great the graphics are I cannot say enough good things about this game this is the only game Ive seen that any gamer (RPG lover action lover or even COD lover anyone would love this game

Seriously buggy

On the short side, but with lovely graphics and a nice but predictable storyline. Unfortunately the game has a lot of bugs (even with the newest update) and really doesnt seem ready for release. I regret spending the $2. Hope they can fix it soon.

Crashing

Have been waiting .....please fix

Bugs, bugs, bugs

I really want to like this game, I do, but it is simply too buggy. I had to reset the game FOUR times in the last hour. Once I got stuck, the second time I fell through the world, third time a part of the map wouldnt load, fourth a QTE didnt appear. And this is ignoring some of the minor graphical glitches Ive seen. This is not ready for prime-time. At all.

Beautiful, but buggy

This is a fantastic story with gorgeous detail. However, even with the update I had to restart the game a few times. All in all, I thought the story was worth the work.

Deserves credit

A very engaging and literate approach to interactive narrative. The game has its technical issues, but a little research revealed that it’s basically a one-man show, which deserves massive credit. I was more than happy to make a $2 investment toward this (and similar-minded) developer’s future projects. If super ambitious mobile games like this continue to do poorly, all we’ll be left with eventually is Angry Birds sequels.

Crash

Can you please tell me what your minor bug fix actually fixed? Yes I get slightly further now. But I still havent had the chance to actually play this game. Have you even tested on all platforms? And now youve lowered the price. I havent even been able to play at the full price Ive paid. Keenly disappointed.

Beautiful

Great game. Rich graphics make it run a little slow, but whatever. I cried.

Not for mini ipads.

Bought this game same week it came out. Patiently waited for the update for it to be compatible with mini ipad. Update came about 2 weeks later and I still cant get past picking a language. Pretty unacceptable even now that several more weeks have passed. Dont bother with this one if youre using a mini ipad! Seems nobody bothered to test this before release. On a scale from 1 to lame...this is the lamest.

Profoundly moving.

For a game that is only about two hours, long I have rarely - if ever - experienced a story that is so moving and deep with symbology. Every visual aspect and game mechanic of this experience is exquisitely crafted to deliver a beautiful narrative. Although the storyline follows a predictable path the execution is subtle enough that it doesnt matter, and the story continues to challenge your assumptions right up to the end. The very personal nature of the artifacts and experiences in the game do an enormous amount to draw you into the character and make you watch the story from his perspective The last game experience I had that was this emotionally evocative was the final Tuchanka mission for Mass Effect 3, and I stood up and saluted for that one.

Looks promising, but still crashes.

I have to say, this game looks VERY VERY PROMISING! And I really want to play it. But the issue is that the game still crashes after I select my device on the "Device Select" screen. I have an iPod-Touch 5th Generation iOS 7.1.2 which is compatible with the game. Please fix this and Ill give it a 5 star rating!

I cant even play what I bought!!!

I was really looking forward to this game because the other games made from this company are good and this game looks amazing. I start with the title screen scene just loops 2 times then I chose my language and that I had a iPod 5th gen and then nothing!!! I really believe I this isnt what I paid for update this crap so I can play something I /PAID/ for!

Awesome

This was a great adventure that takes you on a ride both emotionally and visually. Very well done. You will be drawn to this game deeper the longer you play. Enjoy!

An Enjoyable Adventure

First I have to say that this is less like MYST, and more like Dear Esther. There are no real puzzles other than finding things to use to unlock the next part of the story. The graphics are good (for an iPad game), the controls are alright (sometimes I got stuck and couldnt maneuver), and the audio is great. The big selling point for this is the story. It is a very well crafted tale with a twist at the end I didnt see coming. This "game" is definitely not for everyone, and it has its share of glitches and flaws. But, I personally think it was worth the trip down the rabbit hole.

An Achievement

The greatest storytelling in the mobile-exclusive gaming genre I’ve ever seen. The developer should be very pleased, and I look forward to more.
